Export Order Policies

1. Order Confirmation & Payments

  • Once an order is confirmed during a Business Show, it will be treated as a confirmed order.
  • For all confirmed orders, 50% advance payment is mandatory before production planning begins.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch of goods.
  • ⚠️ If the advance payment is not received, the order will be considered cancelled.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • The minimum order is 30 pieces
  • You may mix and match styles and quantities to reach the MOQ. (Example: 3 pcs of Style 1, 5 pcs of Style 2, etc.)
  • 3. Lead Time
  • Standard production and dispatch lead time is 45 days from the date of advance payment receipt.

3. Courier Charges

  • For any new buyer, as a first-time offer, Hairdramaco India Private Limited will bear the courier expenses.
  • For all subsequent orders, courier charges will be communicated in advance and will be added to the invoice before final payment.
  • Tracking Information: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

4. Duties & Taxes

  • All price quotations include duty.
  • Therefore, all shipments will be sent on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

5. Returns & Replacements

  • All goods sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • If any item is received damaged, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Damaged pieces will be replaced with new ones.

We declare that the goods supplied are of Indian origin, and the invoice value is true and correct to the best of our knowledge.
